Malaika Arora started on Instagram, "Don't let the heat get the best of you this summer, chill down with yoga."

Summer is unpleasant, to say the least, with its burning heat, perspiration, and parched throats. It's challenging to keep to your training routine when the weather is hot since the body heats up quickly. But what if we told you that you could suddenly increase your fitness levels while also cooling down your body?

Malaika Arora, who is known for sharing glimpses inside her workout routine, recently offered three yoga asanas that will help you chill down. "Don't let the heat get the best of you this summer, chill down with yoga," she tweeted, wearing an all-black athleisure costume as she taught the positions.

"In this week's #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek, @malaikaaroraofficial suggests three asanas to assist you to cool down your body." Try the following asanas: "Pigeon Pose, Cat-Cow Pose, Tree Pose," the fitness fan said in the caption.

This asana helps relieve stiffness, promote suppleness in the spine, arms, shoulders, and thighs, and strengthen the muscles and joints of the lower limbs, in addition to cooling the body. It also relieves tension and soothes the mind and body. What should I do? *Sit with your spine erect on your knees. Stretch your right leg backwards softly now (behind you). *Continue extending your leg until your left knee and foot are in close proximity to your right hip. *Make sure your toes are pointed in the right direction. *Lean forward and take a big breath in before pushing your midsection (chest) outwards. For around 20-25 seconds, stay in this position. Pose of a cat and a cow (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana) Cat-Cow position is a fusion of two poses that gradually stretches and warms up the spine and abdomen. It also aids in the removal of stored fat. What should I do? *Get down on all fours and slightly arch your lower back and torso, bending your hips on both sides. Lower your head and arch it again, breathing easily in and out.
