Chamomile and jasmine tea: Drinking chamomile or jasmine tea may help your immune system, reduce anxiety and depression, and enhance your skin's health. Furthermore, chamomile tea contains certain special qualities that may help with sleep quality.

Dark chocolate: Dark chocolate is one of the best food for inducing sleep. Dark chocolate contains serotonin, which has a relaxing impact on the mind and nervous system and will help you sleep like a baby.
