A 21-year-old guy who claimed on Instagram that he had a dream about shooting down Muslims and had a "rush of satisfaction" as a result of the dream has been charged with injuring the religious emotions of Muslims. He is being held without bail.
Sun Sicong was found guilty on one count of harming religious sentiments, one count of making insulting communication, and one count of possession of obscene videos on Monday (20 December).
Between 2018 and 2019, the Singapore permanent resident reportedly posted Instagram Stories on the "cancerous dogmas" of Islam, which he described as "a diseased ideology."
