Malaika's video, titled '3 asanas for better mental health,' shows the actress performing three yoga poses. For the workout, she wore a black crop top, workout tights, and a neat ponytail. Malaika included three asanas in her posts: Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog Pose), Balasana (Child's Pose), and Sukhasana.
Malaika titled the video clip, "Let's move for the mind in this week's #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek. Mental health requires the same level of attention as physical health. @malaikaaroraofficial suggests three asanas that may be practiced on a daily basis to improve our mental wellness."
