Mangal Pandey, the state's health minister, unveiled ZiffyHealth's E-Clinic on Saturday to boost the state's health services. According to the revolutionary start-proposal, up's they would first operate 100 telemedicine clinics. Following that, over the following 18 months, its size will be steadily raised. Over the following year, one crore persons' electronic health records will be acquired via E-clinics (Health Kiosks). ZiffyHealth exposed the state of Bihar to this cutting-edge technology and innovation.

The Minister of Health said at the opening event that this is an incredible idea. Bihar natives are gaining international renown. However, what makes this narrative unusual is that they want to work for the advancement of their homeland after earning renown. These people have made significant contributions to the improvement of Bihar's healthcare system. Bihar is home to the CEO and Founders of ZiffyHealth.

Additionally, this organisation has established a goal of developing Electronic Health Records (EHR) for individuals. I was startled to read that physicians hundreds of kilometres distant will be able to hear and see the heartbeat, blood pressure, glucose level, and oxygen level of patients in Bihar areas in real time. As a consequence, people will no longer be required to go to big cities for medical care. My warmest wishes go out to ZiffyHealth. We will assist wherever assistance is required. Captain Indira Jha, Chief Executive Officer of ZiffyHealth and a native of Madhubani's Jhanjharpur, greeted all visitors to the event. He added that he is a Bihari and would go to any length to enhance the state's healthcare system. He lost one of his brothers to mild diarrhoea. He has since wished to contribute to the improvement of Bihar's healthcare system. In Bihar, there is one doctor for every 28000 people, compared to one doctor for every 11000 persons nationwide. Only 20% of the population is covered by 80% of physicians. This ratio will improve as E-clinics and health kiosks become more prevalent. Individuals will have access to high-quality healthcare in close proximity to their homes.

Kasturi Jha and Yogesh Thakur (co-founders), Dr Ajay Kumar (IMA's Bihar President), Anand Kishor, Chairman, Smart City Patna, Balmurgan D, CEO of Jeevika, Vijay Prakash, CEO of Atal Innovation Mission, and Prof. NK Arora, AIIMS were also in attendance for the inaugural event. The startup's mission is to harness technology to provide Effective Digital Healthcare to city inhabitants, since its IoT-enabled solution completely bridges the divide between online and offline counselling. Additionally, it has a three-way video consultation, which is advantageous for our younger generation who want to care for parents who reside in other places.

A third person may be brought into the session to assist the patient or the doctor. During COVID, the stay-at-home arrangement required parents to be separated from their children who worked or studied in other locations. With the assistance of ZiffyHealth, the patient's parent or guardian may participate in the consultation and learn about their loved one's health concerns.

The objective is to provide each individual with affordable and trustworthy healthcare and to provide a better customer experience by optimising time and cost. Live Q-management, Voice Clinical Notes, Integrated Diagnostic and Pharmacy with OPD management are just a few of the capabilities that set ZiffyHealth apart.

The procedure of establishing an e-clinic

According to Captain Indira Jha, each district would have many E-clinics located in linked pharmaceutical stores. A health kiosk will be built at the e-clinic. In front of the medical kiosk, the patient will take a seat. Due to advanced technology, specialists sitting at a distance will be able to monitor a patient's pulse, oxygen level, blood pressure, sugar level, and other vital indicators in real time.

If the physician determines that further diagnostics are necessary, the linked laboratory will collect the patient's sample and, after inspection, will transmit the result to the physician. The doctor will write the prescription for the drug depending on the findings of the tests, which will be shared with the pharmacist. After that, the patient will visit a drugstore and buy the medicine. This way, the patient will obtain treatment from famous experts who are conveniently located near his house. ZiffyTech is a revolutionary force in healthcare that was incubated and is now being advanced at Atal Innovation Mission-Pinnacle (An offshoot of NITI Ayog). It is committed to making healthcare more accessible and inexpensive via the use of cutting-edge technology and new methods driven by artificial intelligence.

ZiffyHealth has developed a customised, comprehensive, and secure electronic health record (EHR) in accordance with international standards (HL-7; as published in the Indian Health Ministry Gazette), which is technologically sophisticated enough to perform trend analysis and is automatically made available to doctors once an appointment is scheduled.

The ZiffyHealth Platform transforms all vital signs and laboratory test results to an Electronic Health Record in the HL7 standard. The primary objective of EHR adoption is to enhance treatment quality by minimising medical mistakes, facilitating communication between healthcare practitioners, and gathering health data for educational and research reasons. It was highlighted in the NITI Aayog Coffee Table magazine for Healthcare Innovation. This organisation has progressed to the Ayushman Bharat Grand Challenge semi-finals. The co-founder of the firm has been selected as one of the top 100 contenders for the "Women Transforming Award."
