Shark Tank India's Ashneer Grover poked fun at Kapil Sharma's intoxicated tweets in recent appearances on The Kapil Sharma Show.

This weekend on The Kapil Sharma Show, the judges - or sharks - from the hit reality TV show Shark Tank India were guests. While the show's host, Kapil Sharma, is known for roasting his guests, one of the sharks managed to turn the tables on this night.

During the show, Kapil questioned one of the sharks, BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover, about the source of his rage, and Ashneer explained that he doesn't drink and so doesn't have an outlet. "Kai baar kya hota hai ki raat ko koi banda thoda pee leta hai, raat ko gussa nikaal leta hai, phir subah uth ke bol deta hai, 'Woh toh Kapil Daniels tha ya Jack Sharma tha," he continued, referring to Kapil' Kapil appeared to be amused by the remark.

This was a reference to Kapil recently acknowledging on his Netflix stand-up special I'm Not Done Yet that he had been drinking when he sent some of his infamous tweets to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the past. "Some of the tweets were from Johnnie Walker, and some from Jack Daniels," Kapil had remarked, referring to the popular liquor brands.

Ashneer went on to claim that because he doesn't drink, he is always the same. "Main hi rehta hoon har time same state mein. Gussa nahi, but haan, kisiko sunani hoti hai, sunani bhi hoti hai (I always stay in the same state.) It's not anger; it's just that I have to unload on someone)."

Ashneer also discussed how he has been chastised for being too blunt with some people whose opinions he disagrees with. "Aap bohot sundar lag rahe hai, kya hai ki main bol doon ki bohot achcha laga... Saamne wala bhi b If I claim everything is well and you are looking very attractive, the other person will be perplexed and ask, "If everything is fine, why don't you give me money?" Tell me why you aren't donating money)."

Namita Thapar (executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals), his co-shark, took Ashneer's jibe at the 'other person looking gorgeous' personally and responded with Ashneer's now-famous line, "Mat suniye, yeh sab doglapan hai (All of this is based on a double standard.) Don't pay attention to him)."
