Recently, a video of an Indore cafe offering ice-cream rolls with chilies and Nutella went popular after it was posted on social media. However, a Delhi diner has just gone viral for a cause that is pretty similar to the last one, if not a little odder. Visitors can witness how some good old masala dosa is transformed into delicious frozen treats in a video that was just shared on Instagram by a culinary blogger.
The video begins with a demonstration of how to make this perplexing masala dosa ice-cream roll, which has left many people on the Internet searching for words to explain how they feel. At the beginning of the film, the person who will be making the meal takes a chunk of masala dosa that has been pre-prepared and places it on the stove. After that, they flatten it down with some ice cream to make the base of the cake.

By the conclusion of the film, the rolls are served on a disposable plate with some chutney, which is similar to what one might find on a plate of masala dosa in the real world. The video's title states, "Delhi ka unique masala dosa ice cream." The video is available on YouTube.
Despite just being shared on Instagram a few days ago, this video has received more than 16,500 likes since then. There have also been a number of remarks on it.
"Crazy," a person on Instagram said, accompanied by a heart and a laughing emoji. "Crazy," another user said. "Did you have a taste of tha?" [Can you tell me how it tasted?] questioned another. Following a sobbing emoji, another person remarked, "Dosa lovers are going to be heartbroken after seeing this."
I'm curious as to what you think of this dish.
