Indian teenager Shabhaz Khalandar, who is just 16 years old, has just topped his 10th ICSE board exams from the St. John's High School in Bengaluru with flying colours. For six years in a row, earning the distinction of "student of the year" was no small feat. For him, it's a matter of removing the "I'm" from "impossible" and turning it into "possible." His passion is quantum physics, which he describes as "if you believe you understand Quantum Physics, then you don't truly understand Quantum Physics." He is now working on a book about Quantum Physics. He's an expert in humanoid robot programming and design, having earned his degree in the field. Hazrat Syed Mohammad Khalandar Shah, the Sufi saint who taught him the meaning of life, is one of his mentors. After that, he studied mind skills by MD Ahmed, the company's creator and chief inspiration officer. The way brilliant minds think fascinates him. After completing his undergraduate studies and master's degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the United States, he plans to pursue a PhD degree in quantum physics at the University of California, Berkeley, California.
