Rahul Gandhi, the head of the Congress, landed in Kerala on Friday for a three-day trip to his Lok Sabha district, Wayanad.

Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Wayanad, Kerala, on Saturday, claiming he was astonished to hear the PM speak against the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) in the Lok Sabha.
Rahul Gandhi said he realized he couldn't comprehend the depth of MGNREGA after PM Modi's criticism of the social security program during a speech in his Lok Sabha district of Wayanad.

"When I heard the PM speak against MGNREGA in the Lok Sabha, I was astounded. He referred to it as a living memorial to the UPA's shortcomings. He referred to it as a drain on the budget. It let me realize that the Prime Minister truly did not comprehend the complexity of MGNREGA "The former Congress leader was quoted as stating by ANI.

Gandhi continued to attack the Prime Minister, claiming that he was unable to comprehend that MGNREGA was the country's last resort and a vital form of protection for millions of people.
"He was unaware of how significantly the MGNREGA changed the Indian labor market. He was unaware that MGNREGA served as the last option and a significant kind of protection for millions of Indians "explained the Wayanad MP.
Rahul criticizes the Modi administration for the widening divide between the wealthiest and the poor.
Gandhi, who is spending three days in his Lok Sabha district, claimed on Friday that the BJP at the center, led by PM Modi, had divided India into two countries: one for the wealthy and one for the underprivileged.
According to media sources quoted by him, millions of underprivileged youngsters will now require Aadhar IDs in order to exercise their right to a healthy meal, even if the Adani group would purchase Holcim's interest in Ambuja Cement and ACC valued at USD 6.38 billion tax-free.
"Rich "mitron" in two different Indias, spoon-fed thousands of crores through tax breaks and loan forgiveness. To receive wholesome meals at Anganwadis, poor children must have an Aadhar card "Posted by Gandhi on Twitter.
