Warm morning in Delhi; air quality in poor category

According to SAFAR India Air Quality Service, Delhi's air quality index (AQI) was in the poor category (reading 235) at 8:43 a.m.

Residents of the national capital awoke to a beautiful morning on Wednesday, with the maximum temperature three degrees Celsius above usual, according to the India Meteorological Department.

The sky remained mostly clear, with isolated pockets of shallow fog in Delhi, according to the weather service.

The minimum temperature was 9.4 degrees Celsius, two degrees below the season's normal, according to the IMD.

At 8:30 a.m., the relative humidity was reported to be 95%.

According to SAFAR India Air Quality Service, Delhi's air quality index (AQI) was in the poor category (reading 235) at 8:43 a.m.

An AQI of zero to fifty is regarded as good, 51 to one hundred satisfactory, 101 to two hundred moderate, 201 to 300 poor, 301 to 400 very poor, and 401 to 500 severe.

According to IMD data, the minimum and maximum temperatures on Tuesday were 11 degrees Celsius and 27 degrees Celsius, respectively.
