Rakhi Sawant informed her followers of her mother Jaya Sawant's hospitalisation on Instagram on Monday. She said that a brain tumour and cancer had been discovered in her mother. Rakhi, who had just left the Bigg Boss Marathi house, was seen in the video crying as she announced the news and pleading for everyone's blessing. "She is engaged in a cancer battle. We recently learned that she has a cancerous brain tumour, continued Rakhi. In the same video, Rakhi further asked a doctor about her mother's health. He explained, "Her left side is paralysed. A sample has been taken out and sent to lab, Friday, the result will come and only then will we come to know how much radiation does she require. Her cancer has spread to her lungs, it is not feasible to operate on her right now.” Her mother is admitted at Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital in Mumbai.
