Aromatherapy provides a plethora of health advantages. It has been used for years to quiet the mind and relax the body. Aromatherapy is used at spas and wellness centres to make individuals feel revived, and experts suggest using it before going to bed to achieve a good night's sleep.
But how exactly can aromatherapy help the skin? According to Radhika Iyer, the creator of Beauty by Anahata and a yogini, climber, and philanthropist, smell has a direct relationship to the emotions we feel, and aromatherapy is utilised to stimulate the mind in a more positive manner.
