The Indian Premier League, or IPL, has been running since March 26 and will continue until May 29. And, throughout the course of this cricket league, the various teams involved have been quite active on their social media handles in order to keep their supporters engaged. Just like this video, which was shared by the official Instagram page of the Kolkata Knight Riders and has since gone viral.
The video features Shreyas Iyer, the skipper of this IPL team. The talented cricketer can be seen singing Plain White T's evergreen song, Hey There Delilah. He can be seen having a good time as he strikes the right notes and engages everyone in the room. The video clearly went viral for all the right reasons.
Kolkata Knight Riders shared this video on their official Instagram page with the caption, "The one where Skipper Shreyas sings Hey there Delilah!" The caption includes an emoji of a face with starry eyes. It also mentions Shreyas Iyer and includes hashtags like #KKRHaiTaiyaar and #IPL2022.

The video was posted on Instagram two days ago and has since received numerous comments from people who can't stop appreciating this multi-talented cricketer. It has also got over 3.6 lakh views so far.
"Overall, a talented person," wrote one Instagram user. Another remark says, "Singer Shreyas, skippers Shreyas," and is followed by purple heart emojis. "OMG, his voice," says the third commenter.
