According to rumours, Kartik Aaryan has hired Shahid Kapoor's Juhu house. The actor will pay 7.5 lakh rupees in rent each month for the apartment that overlooks the water. Up until last year, Shahid, Mira Rajput, and their kids resided in the structure.

In Juhu, Mumbai, Kartik Aaryan will reside at Shahid Kapoor's home. Shahid has a flat in the Praneta building on Juhu Tara Road, which the actor has leased. He resided there along with his wife Mira Rajput, their children Zain and Misha Kapoor, and other family members up until last year when they moved into a posh new duplex in Mumbai's Worli neighbourhood. The rooftop apartment has a sea view, is surrounded by vegetation and neutral colours, and has some of the nicest views of Mumbai's Juhu beach. According to reports, Shahid purchased the home in 2014, before he wed Mira and the couple welcomed their daughter Misha Kapoor. The building's biggest draw is its proximity to Juhu Beach. According to sources, the Praneta building property has a 3,681 square foot footprint and two on-site parking places. According to the conditions of the lease, rent would increase by 7% annually

Kartik Aaryan will be paying a monthly rent of ?7.5 lakh in the first 12 months, ?8.02 lakh in the second year and ?8.58 lakh in the third year, as per a Hindustan Times report. The actor has paid ?45 lakh as security deposit. The stamp duty and registration for the 36-month lease transaction was done on January 12, 2023. Shahid’s wife Mira Kapoor has done the transaction on the actor’s behalf with Mala Tiwari, Kartik Aaryan’s mother, according to documents accessed through zapkey.com. Before moving into their new home in Worli, Shahid Kapoor and Mira often shared family photos and videos taken at their Juhu home showcasing different areas. The spacious sit-out nook is probably the most seen zone of this celebrity house and its proximity to the beach makes it all the more special. The sit-out area offers a serene mix of modern and natural elements and is perfect for enjoying sunsets in a lush lawn that overlooks the sea. According to sources, Shahid and Mira paid 55.60 crore for their 8,625 square foot duplex in the south wing of Three Sixty West in Prabhadevi in July 2018 and moved in around September of that same year. Kartik Aaryan, meanwhile, reportedly paid 1.60 crore in 2019 for a Versova apartment that he stayed in before renting Shahid's Juhu residence.
