Bake Feta Pasta
Ingredients:
8 ounces of boiled pasta
2 pints cherry tomatoes
8-ounce block feta cheese
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup packed chopped fresh basil plus more for serving
Method:
In a baking dish, combine the tomatoes with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place a block of feta cheese in the center of the plate and drizzle some olive oil and freshly ground pepper over it. Afterward, bake the ingredients for 35 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven. After baking, remove the dish from the oven and top it with basil and garlic. Combine all of the ingredients to create a creamy sauce. Toss in the boiled pasta and a small amount of pasta water. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, garnish with basil, and serve.
