Yes, there is a doppelganger of Alia Bhatt, and while admiring the actress, she wants to protect her identity.
Celebrity impersonators are much more frequent than you may imagine. Sheldon Cooper once said, "This would be one of those occurrences that individuals inexperienced with the law of large numbers would term a coincidence," though.
Although Anushka Sharma is often compared to Julia Michaels, the actress is actually an icon in her own right. For those who aren't, though, their entire existence is defined by the fact that they have an apparent uncanny resemblance to a more well-known person.
And the majority of these individuals seem to accept that they are being viewed as ersatz copies, embracing and announcing that their favorite actress, sportsman, or other star is the "original."
Celesti Bairagey, however, revealed to Mumbai-based photoblog "Humans of Bombay" that she is "known as Alia Bhatt's doppelganger" but wants to be more than that in a refreshing story of positive individualism.

A prominent Instagram account posted a clip at the beginning of a video where a person might easily be confused for the Gangubai Kathiawadi beginning. The next several images depict the features that are most strikingly comparable amongst them: a dimple, a round face, and a silly demeanor.
“I’m not Alia Bhatt,” says the declarative caption. Celesti, an up-and-coming actress says she’s working hard to attain recognition in the TV industry and hopes to make her Bollywood debut so she can share the screen with her favourite actress who is - you guessed it - Alia Bhatt.
