In response to their complaint about the bogus film, Congress stated on Monday that an FIR had been filed against the MPs and three other people. According to Pawan Khera, head of the party's media and publicity team, the FIR was filed in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, PTI reported.

On Monday, the Congress party announced that an FIR had been filed in response to their complaint about the bogus video against the MPs and three other individuals. According to Pawan Khera, head of the party's media and publicity team, the FIR was filed in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, PTI reported.
Additionally, the party has lodged complaints against them in Delhi, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, among other states.
Jairam Ramesh, the general secretary of the Congress, had already written to JP Nadda, the head of the BJP, requesting that he take action against the party's officials for disseminating false information about Gandhi and have the doctored video taken down from their Twitter timelines.
Ramesh wrote that he was horrified to learn that numerous BJP leaders had been purposefully and enthusiastically disseminating "mischievous" news reports that had appeared on a news channel.
According to Ramesh, "the original video was Shri. Rahul Gandhi's reaction to the SFI violence on his Wayanad office but it was purposefully and cunningly doctored to appear as though it was a comment on the horrible murder of Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur."
The Congress will keep working to bring India together no matter how hard these traitors attempt to do so, he continued.
